Sue Heilbronner and Leah Pearlman have been co-founding, collaborating, co-facilitating, and co-adventuring since they met in 2011 learning the work of Conscious Leadership, created by Jim Dethmer, Diana Chapman, and Kaley Klemp, co-authors of the bestselling book The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership. This book forms the basis for much of the approach taught at Leadership Camp. Leah and Sue bring very different styles and awarenesses to their co-facilitation, and Camp attendees speak often of the synergies of their approaches.
