How is a Conscious Leadership Forum different from other Forums?
Conscious Leadership Forums focus on context, while most other groups focus on the content of a member’s issue. We listen in order to understand the content but our primary focus is on the context from which the content arises. In doing so, we support members in permanently resolving issues.
This Forum will prioritize self awareness over socializing, giving business advice, or networking.
Who is facilitating the Colorado 2019 Forum?
This Forum will be facilitated by seasoned Conscious Leadership facilitator Sue Heilbronner. Sue has extensive operating experience in government, large companies, and startups, and she brings Conscious Leadership to these organizations and key leaders on a regular basis. Sue also co-founded Leadership Camp, a three-day event drawing leaders from companies like Google, Facebook, Apple, Oracle, Techstars, Sendgrid, Formlabs, SketchUp, and more.
